NOTE:
The greyish transparent area will be filled with the design, but its outline is to warn you that important items should not be within this area or they may be clipped as it is hard to maintain perfect registration  on such a small item.  So be sure that all important elements are well out of the grey area; but also be certain that your background completely covers this area so that the card design will bleed off the edge of the card and look professional.
