Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. PayPal has been selected as our secure online shopping cart partner.  Credit cards accepted through PayPal are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q. I don't have a PayPal account - can I still order?

A. Yes! You will go through an alternate checkout using your credit card.
You will be given the option of signing up for a PayPal account if you would like.

Q. I do not live in the U.S.A. - will you ship to other countries?
A. Yes, but please contact us first so that we can determine shipping charges - they may be a bit higher depending on where you live. CONTACT

Q. When will my order ship?
A. Many items are ready to ship immediately, and others may take up to 14 days to be custom made. Your order will ship when the entire order is ready. You will receive an email giving you an approximate date of shipment.

If an item is heavy there may be an extra charge,
but this information will be in the description of the item.

Q. What if I want to change the quantities of my order?
A. Simply click on "View Cart" at the bottom of any page and there you can change the quantities to more or less of anything on your order. Be sure to click "update cart" after making the changes.

Q. I can't seem to get the "add to cart" button to work. Nothing happens.
A. If you have a software program that prevents pop-up ads, try disabling it for a few moments. PayPal's shopping cart should then display when you click the "add to cart" button. If this doesn't solve the problem, please contact us and we will email you, discuss your order and send you a PayPal invoice. CONTACT

Q. Why do you have the copright notice on top of the geocaching graphics? It makes it harder to see them.
A. We agree, but someone stole our adult designs from the webpage and used them to print an item for sale on eBay,
so we felt we had to protect our designs, as they represent hours of hard work.

Q. What is your return or exchange policy?.
A. We do not stock our products ready to ship, but purchase materials and prepare each item as it is ordered. For this reason, we welcome you to ask questions concerning sizes and colors etc. Since many items are customized as well, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an error on our part, or an item is damaged in shipping, we will certainly offer replacements on return of the item.
